THE ALAMO TYPOGRAPHY
The partner had received a complaint that the graphic in store could be seen as placing their location in a negative light. The challenge was taking an existing high selling graphic and reinventing it, without loosing the selling magic but while also breathing new life into it.
The solution was to create a stronger custom typography piece that was more balanced and also incorporated the regional style.

Initial Mood Board
Giving the art a modern western/rustic feeling
First draft
Freelancer provided first draft sketch for approval.
Second stage of approval
Freelancer was given the green light to proceed with artwork and provided this for feedback.
I then provided guidance to clean up and simplify the design.
Final artwork
Freelancer then returned this artwork completed. This was then brought in-house for the internal design team to use.
